John is from Newcastle, England and first came to the United States in 1980 as a member of the Scottish National Orchestra Chorus. For over 40 years John has made music in the United States as a pianist and organist in a diverse array of venues: concert halls, churches, cruise ships, wedding venues, restaurants and hotels, retirement communities and private homes. John's repertoire spans the gamut from classical to music from the movies, sacred and church music, to cocktail piano and jazzy renditions of the Great American Songbook and the best-loved pop from the sixties and seventies. A versatile musician with extensive experience accompanying singers and instrumentalists as well as performing solo, John will create a personalized program to enhance your event.
